Big Brother is Listening

I woke up this morning to learn that the NSA is tracking phone calls. All of them. What frightens me the most about this story is not that the government is abusing its power or that a small group of men want to exert control over the rest of us. What frightens me the most is that the citizens of this country are not vigilent and angry about this. A great deal of reaction was ho hum.

I heard one person say, "well if its a machine its ok..." Everyone should read 1984 over and over until they get it. The government has no right to track my movement or my actions.
